Go to the shopIf you aren’t smiling, we aren’t smiling. We want you to be completely satisfied when you wear your Adorn Jewelry. If for any reason if you are not excited or for any reason it does not meet your expectations, we’ll be happy to offer a refund or exchange.
All products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product, for unworn / unused products. This is not applicable for any Custom/engraved products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
All Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your Proof of purchase
Adorn is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return/exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
Process of Returning/Exchanging a Product
Returning an Adorn pc is made extremely easy.

Please note while returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the Adorn box and is accompanied by the original invoice.
The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days
Refunds
Refunds will be transferred in the original form of payment used to make your purchase. Once the product is received, and it passes through our quality checks, your refund will be processed Within 15 Business Days. The duration of re-credit will be as stated by the bank which has issued the card.

What if I have received a damaged/incorrect piece?
No way! That definitely should not have happened. But don’t worry we will arrange for a pick-up and replace the piece with a fresh one within 15 days. What if the Product Breaks?
Quality is extremely important to us, so if your Adorn piece breaks we would be happy to Repair it for you free of charge within our 30 day warranty period. To initiate the repair process, please contact us on info@adornbyanokkhi.com or whatsapp us using this link https://wa.me/919867639989.
We are happy to repair any piece beyond our 30 day warranty period too. In this case, any additional charges will be levied on a case to case basis. Please note our complimentary 30 day warranty does not cover lost stones. We are happy to replace any lost stones at an additional charge which will be determined on a case to case basis.
Is my Adorn product insured?
Your Adorn piece is fully insured until it reaches your door step. We work with the most Safe and reputed Couriers in India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
If I ordered of the wrong size can I Exchange it?
We want you to feel completely satisfied with the fit of your jewelry piece. We are happy to resize your piece e within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
