All Adorn necklaces have been designed so they can be adjusted as per your Preference, (15” inches + 1” of 3 additional links).

The necklace is secured by a spring Lock which allows you to adjust the length by 1”

Delivery

If you aren’t smiling, we aren’t smiling. We want you to be completely satisfied when you wear your Adorn Jewelry. If for any reason if you are not excited or for any reason it does not meet your expectations, we’ll be happy to offer a refund or exchange.

All products are eligible for return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Product, for unworn / unused products. This is not applicable for any Custom/engraved products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.

All Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your Proof of purchase Adorn is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service. We are also unable to return exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.

Returns

Refunds will be transferred in the original form of payment used to make your purchase. Once the product is received, and it passes through our quality checks, your refund will be processed Within 15 Business Days. The duration of re-credit will be as stated by the bank which has issued the card.
